Our service
123 Notary, a trade name of 123-NL B.V., prepares notarial matters, arranges an independent notary, interpreter or translator, and coordinates the process. We are not a notary's office and do not give legal advice about the content of deeds.
The notary
The notarial deed is drawn up and executed by an independent Dutch civil-law notary under their own responsibility and terms. The notary may refuse a matter or ask for further information, for example to comply with anti-money laundering rules.
Quote and price
You receive a fixed all-in quote in writing. Extra costs are only charged after your written approval.
Payment
Payment terms are stated in the quote. Amounts paid to the notary for a property purchase are paid directly to the notary's third-party account.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount of our service fee for the order concerned, unless the damage is caused by intent or gross negligence.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Oost-Brabant.
